A few weeks before the whole world went on lockdown, we got together with our friend Abbey to talk about one of the best movies of 2019: Lorene Scafaria’s HUSTLERS, starring Jennifer Lopez, Cardi B, Lizzo, Keke Palmer and some rapper named G-Eazy.

The film is just genius, so there was no shortage of things to discuss: That Fiona Apple scene, that Usher scene, that rooftop scene, the 2008 financial crash (and what it was like to live in New York at the time), parenting, and we close things out with music by rappers who were either strippers or sex workers at one point in their careers.
