Episode 56: JUICE (Tupac, Queen Latifah)

On this episode of Bodega Box Office, we finally watched JUICE. This 1990s rap movie classic stars Tupac Shakur, Omar Epps, Khalil Kain, Jermaine Hopkins, Cindy Herron, and Samuel L. Jackson. It was the directorial debut from Ernest Dickerson and it’s one of the best movies we’ve featured on the podcast. We talk A LOT about Tupac, his music, and what we would’ve liked to do if we got to executive produce a posthumous 2PAC record. Basically, we’d have lots of scratch-choruses and much better beats.
